Open toe protectors are sized by the heel height of your shoes — 7″, 8″ or 9″, the way pole-shoe brands name their models.

How to check

    Or the sole: the height is usually printed there, e.g. “8 inch”.

    Or measure

    The heel at the back — from the floor to the top of the heel.
